Love this product! Made a cheesecake the day after receiving it in the mail! Put the springform pan in the silicone form to do a water bath and it worked perfectly. Cleans up well too! I purchased the largest size( 10 inch) so it fit my pan just right!

This thing has made my life so much easier. Gone are the days of endless aluminum foil to wrap my pans. Easy in, easy out. Even has a little line to show where the water should go up to.

I love cheesecake, but I used to hate making it. Every time I tried to do a foil water bath, the foil would leak and be a huge pain to deal with. Loving this product, no more soggy crusts. I'm so happy to have found this product. I used to dread making cheesecake because you never knew if the aluminum foil would leak. It's not sticky, fits well, preforms well, good quality. I would purchase again.

It was to small for my springform pan. Made well but measure your pan first before buying. I had to return.

I have zero complaints. I have been making cheesecakes for years and they've become kind of my specialty for friend and family gatherings. I have heard and tried a lot of methods to keep them from cracking. Some work better than others. Water baths are usually pretty good but I have tried a lot of different things and always end up with a soggy crust if I do a water bath. NOT WITH THIS! No leak, no soggy bottom, not even the inkling of a crack even taking the cheesecake immediately from oven to counter top.

These have saved me so much time money and tears. I have lost cheesecakes because of holes before. Never again. The only complaint I have is that I need one for a 12†cheesecake pan. So let me know when that is available:) well done!
