Your cart is empty.The DS100 is a dual foot switch with one pedal on each side that is attached to a metal base plate with rubber bumper feet. It comes pre-wired with both pedals wired together with a single cable exiting the unit. Each pedal has momentary action and is wired normally open (N.O.), which means that it actuates when your foot is on the pedal, and de-actuates when you release your foot from the pedal. Electrically, each side (one switch on each side) is rated 13 amps @ 125/250 VAC. In general, this is used for AC applications; it cannot be used directly to reverse a DC motor. The cable is 8 feet long and is 16 gauge / 4 conductor (16/4) cord, with one wire common to both switches, one wire for the left side, one wire for the right side, and one ground wire (consult an electrician if you are unsure how to connect the wiring). The foot switches are wired so both switches cannot be operated at the same time (neither will work if both are pressed). Also includes a pigtail strain relief to reduce cable fatigue at the entry port, a powder-painted finish, and a low profile to reduce operator fatigue. Ideal for applications involving forward/reverse, up/down, twin pedal, and many more. This model does not have a guard (contact SSC for model DS100-DG if you need the guarded version). Enclosure rating: CSA/NEMA Type 1 and IEC 60529 IP20. For indoor use in dry environments. CSA Certified to US and Canadian standards. Replaces TWIN T-91-SC48 or TWIN 971-SMC48. Clean look, heavy duty construction. Wired black common, red is left , white is right green is ground. Cable is really beefy SJO type..Came faster than promised.

The conveyor pedal was only working in one direction at our dry cleaner. The original manufacturer only had a $200 option, which sent us looking elsewhere for a solid alternative. A little wiring later and the conveyor now works in both directors and for less than half the price!

Haven't used it for long will add more later. Is very solid. Cannot be used to press both switches at once, but my application requires both be able to press "on" at the same time. Is going to control hot and cold water solenoid valves,so both on will be "warm". Was rather easy to convert that though just grinding off several welds. I expect good things from beefy design.
