knowingly had to use some custom plumbing parts to install into our home for our dog's water dish. Other than that product is just as described and serves the purpose amazingly!

Good materials, simple design. Does just what is expected and advertised. To clean it out, most of the times you just have to tip it over, and let the water flow for a few seconds.I would buy this again if I ever needed to. Bit it seems quite simple to fix if anything ever fails. The only thing I would do differently, would be going for the longer hose. This product has been thoroughly tested by a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd. It has been approved both for nose bubbles and toy soaking.

I bought two of these for my dogs to install outside in the dog run. The stainless steel bowl is a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but it's made of high quality metal and very sturdy. The bowl is a good size for a medium or smaller dog/animal. The plastic float and valve are very cheap plastic. The hose that attaches the unit to the garden hose is plastic and wrapped in a metallic foil coating. The first day I had it, the dogs chewed through the hose. I replaced the hose with an "under the sink"-type metal hose from the local hardware store and it fixed the chewing problem. Overall, this is a good unit that is fully adjustable to provide an endless supply of water to the fur babies.

Had the plastic ones, and they worked til we got a German Shepherd puppy. This bowl even comes with a metal wrapped tubing , so if hooked directly to Fawcett, no extra hose needed. Fills amazingly fast , so easy to clean, and it's a stainless steel bowl, so big teeth don't bother it at all. Great value, great product.

The bowl is very similar to one I bought a few years ago, but not identical. I chose this one because it came with the hose attachment and had decent reviews. It is and likely will get the job done do in that regard it was easy to install, easy to mount, etc. I wish it had a drain like my other unit but even that isn’t a big issue because it is installed outside in an area I can manage overflow/spraying the bowl empty. But this does limit my ability to clean it efficiently. My bigger issue is that I will just need to update with longevity.I have had it installed less than a week, flush the water/any debris 1-2 times a day and I already have dots that will not scrub off when I cleaned the bowl today. At the moment this is just a looks issue so I’m only giving 3 starts, but I’ll update if I see any additional developments.

Product worked well enough over the summer. One design flaw was always the rounded bottom creating an uneven base. I could easily look over this. What I can't overlook are the rust spots appearing all over the bowl this fall and winter. Definitely made from inferior quality stainless below 304 standards.

It's absolutely very convenient to have an automatic waterer for my dog. I strongly recommend this product because it's unbreakable, my dog can not chew it to pieces. The bowl is easy to wash and keeps the water cool and fresh at all times.

Not that impressed that in the first week tiny pin hole like rust spots appeared on the bottom of the bowl :( Also, I find it a little on the small side, a large dog that likes to dip and wash it's nose about in the bowl during a drink doesn't find it big enough, it's seems to also be leaking water, but that could be from the set-up, haven't figured that out yet.
