I always replace the heater tube's when doing hot water heaters. I recently needed to relocate my hot water heater and needed some new hoses, these were half the price of the box store so I ordered them. They arrived in a u shape, but surprisingly they were very easy to straighten out. The metal is sturdy yet easy enough to bend by hand. Some quick measurements and gentle bends and I had perfect replacement pipes.Stainless is great for gas and electric hot water heaters. Make sure you measure the fittings, and the required length.Easy to use, performs just like name brand, great value!!

Everything worked just fine. This hoses are very strong and bend very smooth. No leaks no issues for my set up. I did not used any teflon tape. 1 inch hoses.

Good quality hoses leak free don’t forget to put some Teflon on the thread and you’ll be good. I used mine on a A.O. Smith gas water heater and did excellent job.
