It's partially my fault for not looking closely at the photos, but the description says 4"x 6". It doesn't say anything about being Metric or in Centimeters. It actually measures 4" by 6-1/8". Not what I was needing. It is thick and well made.

I'm surprised it's not more popular. Search a little harder on Amazon and you'll find this quality tool. I like it a lot and the etched indices make me believe I'll have this forever. It's flat and as far as I can tell it's square with sharp edges. THICK. This is not a flimsy steel ruler. I'm using for small hobby things so nothing particularly precise, but looks consistent. Metric on both sides which is great for me. Some of these reviews... Should read the product description. It measures 10x15 centimeters.

double checked it against some of my other rulers and this one is true to square and markings are accurateno sharp burs or edgesnice heftcame flat and not bent

This ruler is made from very sturdy metal. It measures only in units of cm and you can count from inside and outside of the ruler edge. It's one of the most sturdy rulers I have used.
