The 'cup' at the end of the bolt is held on with a tiny screw which may need tightening. These little clamps are quite sturdy & being stainless steel shouldn't rust. While only 1 side has a bolt both sides are threaded in case a second tightening device is needed. Unsure if it is SAE or metric. Ordering another set.

Two out of six arrived needing the cup screwing back on so if they are in a tool box in your truck they will disasemble themselves maybe a spot of locktite will help. The cup is thin steel thinner than i would like. Sold as stainless steel they are not stainless magnets stick to every part of the clamp you can see straight off that they are cheap steel. For the price i will keep them and try them out.

I needed these to relaminate a front door and they worked perfectly. I do recommend putting a little grease on the threads and make sure all the screws for the cups are tight.
