Measure your fireplace opening carefully
- Measure the inside width (W) of your fireplace opening.
- Measure the inside height (H) of your fireplace opening from the floor to the inside top of the opening.
- Check both measurements and be sure they are accurate to the nearest 1/8”.
WARNING: If the fireplace opening height and width DO NOT fall within the size chart range, then these fireplace glass doors WILL NOT FIT.
WARNING: Never close the Fireplace Glass Doors while a fire is burning in the fireplace! Excessive fireplace temperatures may result which could cause the glass doors to shatter and cause personal injuries or property damage.

I love the matte finish, and the fact that it’s flat. I ordered one that has the metal flange that sits inside the box about 3 inches. Metal does not bend, and it was literally not even a quarter-inch off. One brick was sticking out an eighth of an inch further inside the fireplace. Fortunately, it fit our other fireplace, so it turned out to be a win-win.

I recommend this project. Easy installation. It looks great and functions as stated.Follow the directions and don’t close the glass doors when you have a hot fire. I blew a door out…it was scary. I bought a second and replaced the blown out door.Five stars all around.

It was very easy to install however, we ran the fireplace couple of times and in the second time after a few hours, the glass just shredded two pieces from the heat.

Me and my wife love it! It makes the fireplace looks really nice. I would recommend it to anyone. DO NOT turn the fire with the glass doors closed or it will shatter, make sure to read the instructions.

After going to a fireplace store and looking at the selection there, I was floored by how expensive they were. Fortunately, Amazon had some really nice looking doors at a fraction of the price.I like that these doors open without being on a track and that the inner doors are not just metal curtains but actually open in the same manner as the outer doors.

Looks nice and was easy to install. One magnet on the interior door doesn't work which leaves the screen a little ajar on the bottom on one side. It's not the end of the world, just a little annoying.
