This stepper was very easy to set up and fit easily in a small area. I use it while watching tv. Easily adjusts resistance and makes very little noise. Would purchase again.

This stepper works great u feel a full body workout i was actually shocked at how great it works and so small but after a hour on it u will feel like u have been rock climbing,running,sit ups, u really feel the burn and it's great I truly recommend

Step counter parts were not aligned so counter didn't work. Being a DIYer I modified it and got it to work. Figured it would be easier to do that than return it.

I looked at the troubleshooting page and it does not address the problem, which is that the pedals don't go up all the way. There is only about a 2 inch separation (only rise a coupe inches from base). I think it could be corrected by turning a bolt but I don't want to do something with no known outcome so it will have to be returned since I'm unable to contact the company.
