If you hate free motion stippling like I do, then this is the way to go! I makes stippling a 6" quilt border a simple project. If you are a new quilter this is the best way to get it done right. If you are an old hand at it but don't "love" your results, this stencil will give you the best results!

I am a new quilter and know that some believe that by marking you are doing the job twice but I find using these stencils is wonderful. I have some really nice looking practice pieces now. It only took me a few minutes to make a fat quarter. And now i have a feel for how to move around a piece of fabric well.

This is very small so if you are doing a large project you will need to move this several times to cover a decent area. It also arrived wrinkled and bend so I had to put it under some heavy books to try and flatten it out before I could use it. Other than that I think it is a useful tool for someone who is new to stipple or free motion quilting.
