Stem broke while turning the stopcock first time. However, the manufacturer reached out to me to rectify the issue and that kind of customer service is really amazing. I’ve been buying their equipment for years without issues, and the one time I do, they go out of there way to make it right!

Nothing to complain about. It's quality glass and won't break with high Temps. The stop cock doesn't leak its good n tight. Would recommend this brand. Never had trouble with them
