The sellers were very responsive to my product defect and sent me a new shipment. These worked perfectly. The units I had didn’t appear to be wrapped correctly inside the housing. I kept losing an entire string on one side. i mean like gone…..had to open housing to fix. I opened the housing and the wrapping was all tangled. Wish I could get a refund for this.

This trimmer head is not made to the OE specifications. It doesn’t separate by hand like it should, must use a prying tool. The feeding mechanism is reversed for the trimmer rotation so the line is always winding up. Even after flipping the string bobbin, it still doesn’t operate properly.

As a single mom and doing all the yard work around the house, this was an easy 1,2,3 installment and easy to use. Recommend. If I can do it, you most definitely can.

Cheaper than oem head; replacing string is a bit harder, sometimes you have to use a screwdriver to open the head ( if the string sometimes breaks before it is all used.Because of the lower cost, we will continue to use these heads

While this has not necessarily always the easiest thing to get threaded, it is miles above the original method and so much less frustrating.
