Works fine on wood door. That is #1 Door stopUsed a 2nd one on a concrete surface, but it slides too much...Need a larger one for that particular door

My daughter started a new job and had been wrestling with a very heavy door to a freezer. She needed to go in the freezer often during her work shifts. The restaurant where she works, did not provide any doorstop for her… It was pretty annoying! I purchased a the usual rubber stoppers and by one day they were ruined because they were way too flimsy and cheapskate So I ordered these and they are much more heavy duty and sturdy and keep the big freezer drawer open when she needs it. she is ecstatic. Apparently these doors are very heavy. The stopper really works great!!

We have a cat that loves to close the bathroom door. She gets stuck in there. Bought these to hold the door open. They are heavy but they slide across the tile floor. No resistance. Terrible and useless. Going to be sending them back.

I like the door stop, it is bigger than most, made very well, looks great and has a holder you can adhere to the wall if you would like for when it is not in use. However, it does not stay in place, it slides. Yes, I did make sure the surface it is on is clean, yes, I did wet the bottom of the doorstop etc...and yes, it still slides when the door pushes against it.

I bought this large door stopper for up at our camp. The door is very high and this large door stopper really works. In the past I bought a large door stopper but it was not high enough. I would definitely buy this again.

I got new carpeting and found either the padding or carpet was not as dense/high as my last. Regular doorstops weren’t doing the trick. These would fit a vast amount if space under the door, are heavy weight and have a good grippy bottom so it won’t slide. A little pricey, but they do the trick well and I’ll have them forever. These could even be used wt very heavy doors.
