This heater blends into the background so well I can’t even see it! Fits perfectly in a 20 gallon long as it is not too tall :)

Hold temp great, works fast, and I can't use any other heater but this kind now. I have used many different kinds and none can compare to this. I have over 10tanks and got several kind but I'm slowly replacing with this brand. Trust me it's worth the buy. No noise, and the cord is a good length.

This aquarium heater works well. I got the 300W model for my 40-gallon tank (the lower end of its recommended range). It heated the tank to 78°F and maintained the temperature within the desired range over a 24-hour period. I appreciate that the power cable isn't too thick or heavy, making it easier to manage. The clear display panel is excellent, allowing me to see the current water temperature at a glance. I am, however, a little wary of the two suction cups provided with the heater. While they hold it securely for now, I'm unsure if they will be strong enough for long-term use. I've had similar suction cups slip after a while. I added extra suction to support the cable. Also, while I love the display, I wish the casing was a bit nicer; it looks a little cheap compared to other brands. Nevertheless, the heater does its job and is maintaining my water at the desired temperature.

This is one beefy heater. The long and slim fit makes it perfect to evenly heat tall tanks like the one I have. The cables are thick and expect to wall mount the gage above the tank, so if you have a wooden top with space under this is ideal. Also shows temp clearly and doesn't take much to heat up at all.It seems too much for my 30 gallon hex, but once I installed it I felt was perfect because it heats up quick, and I trust the stability over a traditional glass tube heater. This is more durable and I feel is a safer option. I could have gone with the 200w, but I didn't want to have it struggle next winter. 300w is great for 40-60+ gallon long, put it in the middle with some good water flow. For me, worked great in the tall hex tank and if I upgrade I can take it to the new tank. Good fair priced deal.In general a 300W Aquarium Heater Underwater should suit for 35-80 Gallons Tank.Item ordered:HANLESHUKA Submersible Aquarium Heater 300W, Fish Tank Heater with high-Temperature Protection and Turtle Tank Heater with Automatic Power-Off When Leaving seawater or Freshwater. The last heater I had was a preset. It was set to 77ºF (25ºC). This was fine until it wasn't. I spent a fair chunk on this heater but it only lasted one year. So I was very happy with this purchase. This heater is accurate to 1/10 of a degree. Whatever you set it at, it stays at. It also heats up quickly. It can heat my 10 gallon tank in only a few minutes and my 29 gallon tank in about 18 minutes. My only want would be if they made the cord a bit longer — maybe 12" (30.5 cm).
