So easy to use, safe around the kids and they worked! Two buckets spaced out in the yard, threw some leaves and small sticks in, filled halfway with water and put half a chunk in each. After maybe a little over a week we could tell the difference. Added half a chunk every 3-4 weeks and tried my best to put them under the awning when we had storms roll through. Each bag comes with a good amount, I bought 2 bags, used them all summer and still have a good amount left to get through the rest of the season. Will definitely buy more!

Does the job, mosquito wise, but nothing more than a piece of dunk. More cost effective to break it yourself.

This is so easy to use to prevent mosquitoes from multiplying. Drop in standing water strategistically placed around your yard and mosquito eggs won't hatch. Worked beautifully.

Bag only contained 5 small chunks that together make up about the size of only 1 normal-sized ring. Chunk broke into tiny granules within a day. Those tiny granules clung to the sides of my water fountain as the water evaporated slightly, so water is no longer treated. Total waste of money. Just buy the cheap rings.

I bought a small pool for my pups and I use them in there. So far no mosquitoes!!

I read everything that was written on the pkg before I bought it. I'm very careful not to use any kind of poison around myself or my garden. I bought this for my water garden pots. I was concerned mosquitoes mite breed there. The feral cats drink out of them so I wanted to be sure it would be safe for them. The best bet seems to be just overfilling the water every day.Once I opened the pkg there was an insert that said it was Hazardous To Humans And Pets. This information should be on the outside of the pkg, not hidden inside.

I purchased this for my birdbath that is located on my balcony. Because it’s so small, I broke the table in half, this was difficult because it was like a chunk of cement. Once it soaked up water it turned brown and started to breakdown leaving chunks of brown stuff all around the waterline. It made the birdbath look dirty and I was unable to just wipe it off since it stuck to the ceramic edge. It does work to kill the larvae, but I’m not happy with having to deal with the mess it leaves behind.
