This horn is great. It’s loud and easy to put together. The best thing is you don’t need a compressed air bottle, and can use it endlessly.Is it as loud as a horn with the bottled air? I’m not sure, but if not, it’s pretty close. The harder you push the plunger, the louder and more piercing the sound.

Be aware, the price fluctuates a little on here so I got mine including shipping for under eight.Also, like the other reviewers said, this is not exactly the horn that is shown in the picture, it is indeed a cheaper more plastic one. However, it is still decent quality! Really loud, gotta be careful.I like being able to take it apart and putting it in my cargo pockets or blazer pocket to hide it during pranks. Great at games as long as no one cares.Pump doesn't recoil as quickly as I'd like, but that's ok.Bonus feature though! You can use just the horn piece and blow on it with your mouth and it is just as loud. If you have strong lung endurance, you can do this instead of bringing the pump with you.

I purchased this to let my neighbor and their dog know I've had enough of the excessive barking. Since speaking to them several times didn't seem to get the point across. They live approx 1/8 mile away and the dog's bark echoes into my bedroom at all hours of the night. THIS TOY HORN IS LOUD! It gets the dogs attention and the wicked owners too. It's so much fun to use that I've started blowing the horn at random times just for fun. And the neighbors love that it echoes all throughout their house at 3am â¤ï¸ Definitely worth the few dollars even if you have to replace it every couple of months!

Really great concept. Super loud… like, wear ear plugs. I’m concerned that the neck of the horn is fragile, so I’ll store it unscrewed from the canister. Did I mention ear plugs?Not for the kids to play with.

We live on a relatively remote acreage surrounded by trees. Since we have some livestock, we have food that bears can smell from a ways away. As a result, we have a number of bears frequenting our property and the last thing we want to do is see a bear have to be destroyed should they become to comfortable around our home and our kids.My kids were taught how to use this reusable and manual air horn. It was within a week that the horn had to be used as they were playing outside. The horn was easy to use and they did an amazing job scaring the bear away from them! The 10-year-old kids were able to easily use the horn quickly, which halted the bear (black bears are skittish around loud noises and humans), and allowed the kids to run away.The horn was loud enough to have us adults be made aware that there was indeed a bear! Everyone escaped safely.I love that this horn does not use compressed air, so it can be used indefinitely until it inevitably starts to break down. As it is currently, there is no sign of wear and tear. ee

Item received is completely different from advertised. Unable to attach horn to pump as the plastic was about to break. Not worth returning. Waste of money.
