Comprehensive Measures for Unpredictable Situations
Dry Run Protection (for 30W only)
- Prevents the mini aquarium heater from running dry, displays error code (E1) if not fully submerged. Submerge to clear error and resume function.
Overheat Protection
- Stops heating if water temp exceeds 97℉/36℃, displays error code (H1). The betta heater will resume heating once the water temp drops to below 93℉/34℃.
Memory Function
- The mini fish tank heater automatically resumes last temperature setting after power outage, no need to reprogram.
Easy to Use
- Simply press the "SET" button, and the temperature will increase by 1℉. When it reaches 93℉, pressing it again will reset it to 64℉.
Indicator Lights
- The fish heater is equipped with indicator lights. A red light indicates that it is heating, while a green light indicates that it is maintaining the set temperature.
Suction Cup
- For easy placement, the betta fish heater comes with a suction cup. The suction cup can be securely and conveniently attached to the aquarium.

I had this heater in my betta’s temporary 1gal tank. It worked great! It kept the water warm for my betta and setting the temperature was a breeze. The compact size is quite impressive and I highly recommend this product if you need a small heater that won’t take up the whole tank.

Thermostat doesn’t work. When I set a new temperature setting the heater will show that it achieves the temperature within seconds. The light shows red initially(heating) but then display shows the temperature climb to attain desired temp. Light turns green. But the water temp did not actually change.

It's a decent sized unit for my 6 gallon tank. It seems to be keeping stable temperature in an office setting without taking up too much space. My betta likes to hang out next to it. The control only goes one direction until it maxes out and returns to the low setting, so you have to button mash if you want to bump the temp down, which is annoying if you're crawling under your desk to do it. But in all, it is getting the job done.
