I have a 47lb collie who just got neutered and he WOULD NOT let us put the cone the vet gave us. We tried a donut cone & a different cone from Petsense. The donut was built like trash and didn’t stop him licking and the Petsense cone was too short.This XL cone is the first one that actually works. It’s the perfect length but the size was too big and I feel like the Large size would’ve been too short. I was able to take some Velcro strips I have from my guitar pedalboard and it fits perfectly now. Just trust me get this cone and get some extra Velcro for like $10 so you can make it actually adjustable. Not sure why they don’t cover most of it in Velcro.

I really liked the Velcro closure. Had to get my puppy spayed and so easy to use this. Although it was inexpensive, it isn’t cheaply made. The length worked well for the short period she had to wear it. I’m sure my puppy would disagree with all of this lol.

I bought the Supet Dog Cone Collar for my dog after his surgery, and overall, it's been a great product. The collar is adjustable, so it fit my dog perfectly, and he didn’t seem too bothered by it once it was on. It was comfortable enough for him to eat and drink, and it definitely did its job in keeping him from licking his incision site.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it arrived with a slight bend in it, possibly from packaging. It wasn’t a huge issue, though; the collar still worked as intended and did not affect its functionality. After a little adjusting, it was fine, and my dog had no trouble wearing it.It’s made of a soft, flexible material that doesn’t irritate his skin, and it’s easy to clean, which is a huge plus. It also held up really well throughout his recovery process.All in all, it’s a great collar and has been very effective for post-surgery care. Just be aware that the packaging might cause a small bend, but it shouldn’t stop you from using it. I’d still highly recommend it!

Fit my 26lb frenchie perfectly around the neck but was soooo much longer and wider than her short nose and legs needed so she caught it on EVERYTHING included the ground. She couldn’t even walk without catching it on the floor. Ended up cutting in to be shorter and it’s much better. Velcro holds strong. Wish it was a little softer edge around the neck. Nice thick plastic. So brachiocephalic (short nose) owners may want to find something else.

It's a bit Velcro closure that runs the whole length. My dog can not just scratch it off. It fits my boy just perfect using all the Velcro. That allows some adjustments in size for your dog to be comfortable. Keeps my boy from licking his paws while we deal with a whole body yeast infection.

This cone is staying on my dog. The velcro sticks very well and the cone is fairly rigid with a soft strip around the edge. My dog broke two other cones after just a couple days. This cone has been on for over a week and is holding up perfectly. It has loops to run the collar thru to aid with keeping it in place on my dogs neck.

This was perfect for my dog after surgery! We loved the ease of being able to remove the plastic cone piece from the inflatable donut, it gave our dog more freedom and comfort after her surgery. It gave us peace of mind that she wouldn’t be able to get to her incisions. Highly recommend!

This was difficult for me to find the appropriate size for my dog. The neck size was right but the length wasn't. I have a Goldendoodle and he had a rash at the base of his tail i was trying to keep him from messing with. Because it wasn't long enough he could still reach it with it on. I'd bet this would work just fine if it wasn't for that. The Velcro is sold and feels like he wouldn't be able to get out of it. Seems like its reasonably comfortable on him, and aside from the improper size for my dog, I'd bet it would be a solid product.

I got a size XS, but even my large cat slides out of it easily. It is also very long and extends out much further than would be comfortable for any small animal. My product may have been mislabeled with the wrong size, but if this is not the case I don't recommend this. Seems well made otherwise.
