The round sushi is too big. Needs to be slightly smaller to be mouth sized. The square is appropriately sized.

We were able to get some of the rolls to stay together, but most fell apart when either cutting into slices or trying to pick up the slices. Stay with the bamboo sushi rolling mats. They're actually easier to use, easy to clean, and take up less room. This is a DO NOT BUY review.

It makes very fat and fulfilling rolls of rice wrapped in seaweed. The slicing guides are a god send. No more estimating thickness!

I gave this gift to a young, aspiring chef. Best gift ever!! The sushi rolls came out perfectly on the first try! So super easy and intuitive to use! I definitely got more than my money’s worth in this one! The only problem now is how to top this birthday gift next year😅
