Mechanically beautiful, good value. For the scope builder. The knurled ring is threaded. Will try enhance with a little pipe tape on the threads. Simplicity for those who are discovering their deep sky objects visually. The thee point brass ring provides smooth control of focus. My reflector has a flat area for mounting, but should be adaptable to a round tube. Love the brass screws. Low profile focuser puts the eyepiece close as possible to the diagonal on a reflector telescope. Commended to the scope building community. Update here for the scope builder: I switched to red lithium grease on the threads instead of pipe tape. Slack in threads is normal with zero taper. Slack can then be taken out with knurled ring tension. I put some black tape on outside of ring. Operation is smooth and no mechanical play. Ready for the stars...

It will not fit my spotting scope. A person needs rubber piece with screws in about 1/2 inch bigger size than this part. Don't know what use the other piece is for. Still need T-Mount adapter for your brand of Camera. They need to make adaptor like T-Mount those always work, easy simple every time! Sure this adapter is made solid. But shipping for me is over half so I'll keep it. All phone things seem junk so person has one choice. Gosky scope with 2 brands of camera. I had one and someone took it. I may try drain line rubber connector it has clamps to tighten. The focus part will likely be problem. With this part too if it would fit it looks like.

Bought, along with a T2 male to male adapter ring, to replace the stock eyepiece holder on a Svbony 1.25" all metal refractor focuser. The three thumb screws allow centering of an eyepiece or other device and the threaded two piece design allows very fine micro focusing adjustment. Threads on the two pieces could be a bit more precision.

The eyepiece insert was broken on my vintage Lafayette telescope. It required a screw insert. This product fit perfectly for a 2†eyepiece.

Used this to upgrade poor quality eyepiece holder on an Orion Starblast 4.5 per Cloudy Nights thread instructions. Just need the male threaded half of this assembly. Works very well.

if you have a svbony camera and you want to use an eyepiece (1.25") then you need this adapter, fix perfectly and it's a really good quality
