I have a cheap Harbor Freight hose reel that has leaked for years. This type of swivel has a limited life span, due to the swivel motion that eventually wears out the o-ring inside. I bought this part and replaced my hose swivel, and voila, no more leak. It's not quite as beefy as my old swivel, but that really doesn't matter....it fits fine and is plenty durable. And it comes with a spare o-ring for future repair!

Seems to be well made. So far it's been leak free. I'm using it in a vacuum system and the clamps need the ability to rotate. This works perfectly and so far I haven't had any issues but I'll be sure to update if issues pop up.
