Position the edge of the plier parallel to the score line, 1/4" away.
Apply a quick up and out motion.
To groze or remove unwanted edges from the glass, use the serrated jaw and nibble away glass.

I make a lot of wristlets and these are a good tool to have. I had one issue with them that was an easy fix. The rubber part kept falling off so I just used so glue to hold them in place. Easy peasy.

The environment caused the product to age. Plastic tips ripped, there is scuffed metal. Ill keep them because they fit my hand and have a more ease from age or use. Someone else this might not feel the same.

The key fob pliers worked very well for the key fobs that I made. The silicone coating over the ends keeps the pliers from scratching the metal when pressing down to attach the metal fob to the vinyl. Very easy to use and secures the fob tightly to the vinyl.
