I like that it is a 2 in 1 and that it can work both triceps and biceps.There are alot of parts but I like that there was a page in the instructions giving the real size and shape of the hardware so that I could easily match the name and the hardware required for each assembly step.The seat is height adjustable and comfortable enough.It best holds 2" hole plates but can do 1".It does not come with any weights so after assembly, I did have to buy weights separately before I could use it, which was a bit of a let down as I wanted to try it right away.

Thought it was a good idea but it took up too much space just to do push down and pull up. It doesn't come with the weight, so that costs extra if you don't already have one at home. The quality is great and solid, however. Took me an hour to put everything together as there were quite a bit of screws and parts. The seat was comfortable and height adjustable. While it works great as advertised, I kind of regret of putting it together as it doesn't really do much beside the tricept and bicept. OK if you have space at home or have a specific purpose of using this dip machine, or there are other machines that can do much more with similar size.

I have the lat machine from this company and love it. This tricep machine however isn't up to snuff.The positive, this is a great tricep workout. It really targets the heads, you'll get a quick burn. If you're ok with the drawbacks, it's five star.But there's too many negatives for me.See in the picture, the handles fall forward to the ground when there's no weights. That's not right. I contacted the company (who did take the time to respond fully) and they said that either put the sleeves on for the 2" weights, or leave a 1" weight on the machine. Nope. The machine shouldn't do that. Either way, when I put the 2" sleeves on, the handles still roll forward until they're sitting on the ground. Leaving weights on is a solution, but the real solution is the handles shouldn't do that. I rack my weights every time, so the handles are going to be an ongoing annoyance.It comes with a 2" sleeve and 2" collars to keep the weights on. It doesn't come with 1" collars and the weights will absolutely slide off. So if you're going to use this, make sure you have your own collars. Seems like an oversight not to include 1" collars.The bicep curls are 100% unusable. The range of motion and angle, I can't do a full curl. I slept on it, then went back to try it again at some different angles and nope, unusable.Summary, targets triceps well, but the balance on the handles is off. Needs to include 1" collars..and they shouldn't advertise this as being for biceps.

LikesMachine seems to be well built with nice finish with padded seat and back supportThe assembly was not that complicated as I just followed the instructionsThe doesn't feel that heavy as I can easily move it around and it has compact footprintThe height adjustment is good to have and it does make a differenceDislikeItem was not packed very well as there was no supporting material, all the parts just dropped in boxThe hardware packet was floating inside as well, and it fall apart inside the box and i had hard time locating missing hardware as it ends up in cardboard seamsThere is no 1-inch collar to secure the weights when using 1-inch rod, only 2-inch collar is included
