I didn't realize they where non sterile but they r well built and seam to be as described!Besides the sterile part I'd buy again but in the hundred pack for the $29.99 if u needed more then a few you would get a better deal!$!$

If you are doing you own LC grain spawn for your mycology projects, then you will want these gas exchange ports for healthy mycelium growth. Mycelium produces Co2 and needs oxygen to thrive. These ports do that job while filtering out any airborne contaminants.

The filters fit well and securely, have reasonable flow for the filtration size, are sturdy, and allow you to easily visually inspect the filtered material. The filter picked up a lot more material than I expected and still had more life left.

Good quality work as intended but I went to use one yesterday and there was a little dirt in the tip. I easily got it out with a paper clip but still annoying. Will buy again.

I use this to filter particulates from my well and city water after its been through the house filter prior to testing for chemical contamination. These fit 10 cc Luer lock syringes tightly and are good for one filter per 10 ml. Package arrived in two days.despite the second day being a Saturday.
