Worked perfectly for setting up my Craftsman table saw and fence system. Discovered that my Delta fence has a 0.006" bow in the middle so I plan to shim it. Instructions were well written and measurements were bang-on and repeatable.This was a lot easier than making a jig and assembly with my dial indicator took less than 5 minutes. I consider this a bargain even though I may not use it too frequently.

The overall print quality for this tool is good and considering the material that's an accomplishment. Overall assembly is simple and I had no trouble mounting my dial indicator to the miter slot mount. The issue is that the tool has a lot of play in a standard 3/4 inch miter slot. This makes getting an accurate reading difficult when both hands are required to adjust the motor mounting position.I solved this issue by layering up a series of blue tape on the right side until it fit snuggly in the slot with no play. It would be best if the tool's design could be updated to include either nylon set screws to expand the width so it can be made to stay tight in the slots while the user's hands are busy making the necessary adjustments to the table saw.There is slight play where the two pieces slot together as well, but this isn't really an issue as once the bolt is tightened down I did not experience any movement in the arm holding the dial indicator.

This is straightforward enough to use but there is SO much play in this that at best you're guessing that your saw is cutting straight. Adding set screws to adjust for the slop in the construction would have been helpful.
