I'll admit I was a little on the fence due to the investment, but after the first effortless flush, it's clear this kit is worth its weight in comfort. My water heater's humming happily, and so am I.

This tankless hot water heater cleaning kit comes with everything, aside from the cleaning solution or vinegar, you will need to flush and clean your tankless hot water heater. I am sure I am not alone, but when we decided to install a tankless hot water heater I wasn’t aware of the maintenance you should do in order to keep it in tip top working condition for years to come. After we had an issue with ours, we did some research and found out that you should clean/flush your tankless hot water heater, primarily due to the scale build-up. This scale build up can restrict water flow as well as break loose and clog up the filters in your faucets and other appliances like your washing machine or refrigerator. So after a quick tutorial on how this is done, I began my search to find the materials and equipment needed. While doing so I came across this kit and decided it was worth buying, instead of piecing one together myself. I am extremely glad I did. Not only does it have everything you need, but it also comes with detailed instructions. With all that being said, you still might be a little intimidated to tackle this project on your own, feeling it is quite complex and difficult. I definitely don’t feel that is the case and truly think that anyone can handle this project, no matter how experience a DIYer you are. All and all this kit is a home run and worth the investment. The only thing I would recommend is switching to a five gallon bucket. The three gallon bucket does work, but I found the extra room in the five gallon bucket is an added bonus.

I got a knowledgeable person to finally come over to help, the tankless hot water system was drained and all set and ready to go for the descaling project, and the vinegar was in the bucket with the hoses, but when I plugged in the pump, it wouldn't pump. It started up fine, but it wouldn't pump the vinegar. I couldn't believe it! I had no idea what I was going to do next. I thought about going to Home Depot for a new pump, but I didn't have a lot of time since my friend couldn't stay long. Thank God he was able to take it apart and unstick/unfreeze the pump to get it turning. It worked fine after that, but is it going to freeze up again? I'll have to look up the warranty. If it's a short one, then I may have to return this one to be on the safe side.2-5-25 **UPDATE** The Seller promptly reached out to me regarding this issue and made it right. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. They get 5 stars for that and for standing by their product. I would totally recommend this product despite the issue I had.

You'll find a handful of kits to flush and descale your tankless water heater. This one is a great kit and did the job quickly, easily and reliably. The pump worked great and had great flow of water, the angled braided water hoses were a nice upgrade over other kits, I'm deducting one star as I believe the kit should've come with a 5 gallon bucket

Since I got this a little while ago, we've loaned it out three times. I know absolutely nothing about boilers but I remember my mother talking about having to bleed the boiler as a child so I knew this would come in handy. My husband was super surprised that I knew to get it for the boiler at the old house we were blessed to inherit. The boiler is old, old - big, beige and rusted at the bottom. I watched him bleed brown water out of the boiler into the bucket after hooking up the hoses. He washed some boiler pieces that he took off, cut a glass tube and used it to change out the old glass tube and then poured out like four buckets until the water was clear in the glass tube. He said he had to bleed the radiators next but I didn't see that process. He seemed to have everything he needed to get the job done and didn't say anything but good things as he worked. Since then, he's given so many tutorials to his friends who have borrowed this kit and everyone always thanks us profusely. Like I said I don't know much about boilers but I do know that this is essential for home maintenance. I give it five stars and highly, highly recommend!
