TARION H-Shape 2-Part Swivel Tilt Metal Umbrella Softbox Holder
This H-shape swivel bracket adapter is designed with 2 parts for 180°adjustment, which can hold the umbrella and flash on the light stand, and allow for flashing at the middle of the umbrella via the angle adjustment. There is a double-end (1/4" and 3/8") screw cap at the bottom to make it suitable for most tripods, light stands, umbrellas or flashes, etc.
Suitable for: 1/4" or 3/8" light stand, tripod, softbox, umbrella or flash, etc.

Features
180° adjustment supports any angle of flashing. It fits for holding the softbox or umbrella on the light stand and allows for flashing from horizontal / vertical or at the middle and low position. The flash can be fixed by the screw on the top of the adapter, provide safety. The detachable 1/4"-3/8" double-end nut at the bottom allows for installing your flash on the light stand or tripod freely.

These are solid metal, bulky, and well made. Can't wait to test out the weight of my new Yongnuo 660 on them. I think they will hold the weight without bending.

It works well in allowing flexibility of Softbox placement, and locks on firmly so it wont come off, but seems just a little wobbly and I would like to tighten it a bit. Im keeping it so overall its a win.

I'm not mounting anything absurdly heavy on these, but they feel like they could hold heavy lights too. I just needed a hinge to mount tube lights at angles without having to use an arm. I can actually put a 4' tube from one end and hold at 90 degrees off of these and they hold without issue. Yes, I am aware it's not the ideal setup but just to give you an idea of what they can do. They're a bit big which means I can't put them in the zip bag for the 4' tube but they're strong enough that they're worth carrying around in your tool bag.

I just bought a 7' umbrella to use with a monolight and didn't anticipate how much weight would I'd need to support for such a large (and long) umbrella. The monolight's built-in umbrella bracket was not going to work for this. This heavy-duty bracket is is metal throughout and I am confident I chose the best bracket for this task.

Easy enough to install, and they work well for my light setup. My only issue is that they're plastic, which if you're transporting them around might become an issue with durability. Also, the adjustable arm is a bit close to the shaft, so it's tricky to adjust while my softboxes are attached. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I wasn't sure if this was the exact adapter that I needed, but going by the photos and its description, I gathered that this adapter is the right one to use if I want to change the direction of the light with the light box diffuser on it. This adapter makes the light stand that much more useful.
