I like the price, I like that it was NOT bluetooth capable which is a feature I did not want, I like that it arrived in less than 48 hours, I like all the reviews that clearly pointed out that some had issues, but customer service made it right. I like that the item came with clear instructions, all hardware needed to install, links to videos, live chat if needed and a one year warranty which was easy to register for online.Those are the positives out of the gate, My new lock is less than a week old, but so far working great so at this point it's what I needed and wanted an working as expected, if this products behaves differently down the road I would revise my review, but at this point it's a winner

I bought this last year and it never worked properly. Holding any button for 2 seconds to engage the manual lock feature never worked. Then when the door was being closed while it was in motion to autolock, caused the unit to completely stop working. Should have spent a little more for better quality.

I bought 2 of theses, super easy to install. The programing as well was so quick and easy. The key pad lighting up is perfect if you forget the outdoor lights.
