This lock is great. I really like it, and I feel secure using it — which is to say that it functions exactly as I had hoped and expected it to. The fingerprint reader reads very quickly and hasn’t rejected my print once yet. It’s built pretty sturdy, and I think it’ll last a while. It was super simple to install and just as easy to set up. It’s also easy to use and seems to be easy on batteries. I’m always hesitant to talk about battery life on something that uses batteries rather than having a battery built in, bc brand and chemical composition will make your mileage vary. But it seems to “sip†on the batteries, if you will. There’s no connectivity of this lock to your smart home, so don’t expect Alexa or Google Home to see it or “make it goâ€. I love my Alexa and the myriad of things I connect to her (I love IoT), but I really don’t need to verbally tell her to lock or unlock doors. Besides, to me, that’s a security risk — even in locks with the ability to do this and locks with PIN codes — if someone knows your code, they could just say it loud enough from outside for your smart home device to hear, and open right up, which might get you burglarized…or worse. Anyhow, it’s a fantastic lock, and it hasn’t failed me yet. I give it 5/5 stars.

Hands down the best smart locker ever. Easy to install, but you will need to contact support for help to set wifi bridge up. I will be honest it was not easy to setup the wifi bridge with support on the phone. But after that, is very easy with detail logs. You can open the door and close it from anywhere. You can change the code anytime and anywhere. I bought this for my Airbnb. I wish it had a handle knob

So far I am very happy with this smart lock. It was easy to install and looks very slick. Have had so many smart locks, some of them were from smaller brand and some of them were from big brand like Schlage (supposed to be one of the best, but not really). They all had half of the features but twice more expensive. I read some of the feedbacks on the app before purchasing this lock, they all complained about it. I personally think it’s very user friendly and fast. Overall I am very happy that I got it. Still need to see how is the battery life and etc.

I am revising my review. These locks work great for a few months then they malfunction and use batteries like crazy. I bought 3 of them one of them stopped working completely within days. The other two locks will go through a full set of batteries within a couple of weeks. I’ve gotten no assistance from the seller to resolve the issue. I can’t recommend these locks. I bought this lock because of the fingerprint and auto locking features. The fingerprint feature is great and works perfectly. The auto locking feature is great but occasionally missed the mark. Rarely it doesn’t lock, but I’ve got the notifications so I can lock it with the app. I tried unlocking it with Alexa. It unlocked, but locked itself again before I could open the door. I guess this is a safe way to ensure it remains locked. But if carrying groceries from the car, it would be nice if it remained unlocked until you get there. Occasionally it will lock with the door still open, but that is annoying not a problem. I like it well enough I bought another for my back door. They both perform well and keep the doors locked.

I love this one, it was easy to install and works very well. Bring that my mother is elderly and has a hard time with keys and keypad, the WiFi option helps me to unlock it when I’m away.

This lock works great! The only issue is that this particular model requires 3rd party software to integrate to Alexa. I don't really need it in our case it would have been a nice to have.

do not use where the temperature is below freezing point, it will freeze and break. all the electronics and motor seem to be in the outer shell , mine frooze and broke within 2 weeks of being below freezing point otherwise its a real good product from what i have seen
