Super easy to install. Works great and I like that you can disable the auto lock feature as the lock is for our back door and we have a fenced in yard and a pool. So we are in and out a lot and don't want it to always auto lock. The directions are pretty clear. Be sure to follow the instructions on when to install the batteries.

Works fine with key but trying to program the keypad is a task. As of now still haven't been able to get set. A video of some sort would help emensly.

I had no issues installing the lock. Programming was also straightforward because the instructions were clear. I will post an update as the months go by.

It may be a low price but a very good lock. We have had it for a year and it still operates really well. We have not change batteries yet either.

I have probably installed well over 200 Locksets in my time. Never have I had one - let alone two - fail to operate. Once I finally got the unit to program, it then would not work (open or lock) - I tried manually and the mechanism itself failed. I removed it, reset it, reinstalled it and same thing.So I took the 2nd one I purchased thinking maybe it is just a bad lockset and it did the exact same thing. So they both went back to Amazon. I purchased a different setup and no issues at all. So Buyer Beware with this. Kind of a shame I did like how they looked very much
