Installed to monitor Aquarium temperature. After 2 months it started to complain of "no sensor installed". Reached out to MOCREO support, after a few emails back and forth of details, they sent replacement probe/ sensor free of charge. I'm very pleased with their customer support and product. I have 3 sensors/ probes overall and they work great. It's my understanding there is a 3 year warranty for each one.

Perfect for monitoring your freezer or refrigerator if you travel or have a second home. Bought it after fridge at beach house failed and we didn’t know for a month. It was as bad as you can imagine. Now, if a problem occurs, we have the opportunity to deal with it sooner. Easy to set up, hub is downstairs near the router, refrigerator is upstairs and sensor still has a good signal. Have recommended to others and they bought them as well.

I bought this to monitor the temperature of my freezers. On one occasion, one of them broke down and by the time I realized it, I had lost more than three times the cost of the freezer in food.Since I have these sensors, I am assured that any temperature that goes outside the range I set is notified to me through the app.Installation is very simple and it integrates with the hub without any problems. It has a rechargeable battery that lasts a long time.One thing I am still lacking is that it does not have an Alexa skill.

I have one on every fridge and freezer around the house. I have a fridge in the shop that my son goes in and out of to get freeze pops and sometimes do t close the door all the way and I get an alert every time. Worth the money!

Very cool product that allows you to remotely monitor anything that is tempature controlled. Works great indoors but not so much outdoors. Any moisture and they quit working. Had a few units quit working and talking to the base unit too thatbwere indoor use. I would give it a 5 out of 10. If they make the units more robust these would rock! The set up was easy enough but took a few times to get them paired with base station.

After our deep freeze broke and we almost lost all our beef and chicken I searched for a thermometer that I could track and also it would alert me when temperature changes happened!So far we have had 3 of these total in all our freezers and have been extremely satisfied with our purchase!
