Note: When the scan result is different from the actual number (e.g. extra characters appearing at the front), conditionally, the barcode itself is as it's scanned. It's not the quality or scanning issue of the scanner itself. Tera scanners can be modified with a setting code to hide the extra characters, please see the manual or consult us for details.
- Battery Level Indicator – Tera introduced the unique Battery Level display function to Tera D5100. No other product on the market has such a feature. There are four levels of the indicator light, each time a 500mAh battery is used up, and one level indicator light will go out.
- 2000mAh Large Battery Capacity -- Equipped with an extra-large 2000mAh battery. As a result, Tera D5100 doubles the service time and standby time with the huge battery capacity, allowing over 40 hours continuous scanning time and over 60 days standby time.
- Ergonomic Design -- Several design elements are integrated into the upgraded Tera D5100. The scanner handle is extended by 0.3 inches (8mm) and thickened, along with the specially designed curve, making it much more comfortable for US customers to hold this product for a long time. The trigger is designed to be smooth and flat for a better grip feeling.
- Anti-Shock Silicone – The orange anti-shock silicone provides complete protection for your scanner, avoiding collision damage or break while falling off your desk or shelf. IP54 technology protects the scanner from dust.

Does everything my little shop needs & QR codes. I found it particularly entertaining that the instruction manual is written mostly in bar code. You scan it to change settings, check battery, alter volume, and more. The wireless capability is especially freeing. We can scan items into our PoS system from all over the shop.It's just a nice little scanner at a good price. We'll see how long it lasts. But it was inexpensive enough that if we only get a couple years out of it then fine.

Love it!! I needed this for my business and it works perfectly! It's lightweight and I am so happy about it being cordless! It scans quickly and has extremely easy connectivity.

This Tera scanner is extremely quick and 100% accurate. It has a pleasant to hold hand grip and without a doubt my favorite scanner of all time.

Works well and was very simple - just plug and play. My only issue with it is that it turns off my CAPS lock - which I need at my job. I cannot keep turning on CAPS every time I scan, it slows me down. I know, it's just a button, but with what I do I need to be able to input data as fast as possible.

Works as a barcode scanner should. It is fast and the data transmission is accurate. It is lightweight and the battery seems to last a good bit. I had no issues hooking it up to my phone with an adapter, or using it on a laptop.

When I began using square and had a ton of inventory with different sku’s, I was looking for a scanner that was compatible and affordable. This scanner arrived and set up was simple. However, I would hear it beep but the barcode wasn’t appearing. I contacted customer support who was very helpful and walked me through the steps. As it turned out, the problem wasn’t with the scanner at all, I just wasn’t in the right box on square for where the barcode should be scanned. Almost all the products I scanned came up for inventory and it was also good even with smaller barcodes. Bluetooth connectivity was great and the range was the entire 400sqft area I was working. I would definitely recommend this scanner for a small business.

I bought one of these scanners, it worked great right out of the box. After 8 months of use it stopped working. I contacted the seller and they asked for a video of the scanner showing what it was/was not doing. I sent them one and they told me I had inadvertently changed the mode. They told me how to fix it and it now works great, again!In the meantime, (not knowing how fast they would get back to me) I ordered another scanner from them. Since they got back to me really quick, I had two working scanners for a few weeks. Then the new one quick working. I contacted them, sent a video and they promptly sent me a replacement, free of charge.I now have two working scanners from this company. I am hoping they will last a while. The customer service at this company is wonderful. They really took care of me and I enjoy their product. Highly recommend to anyone needing a scanner.

Work well on all scanned codes. The only time where it failed was because i had multiple codes close to each other on a screen that i've developped to test our app (it's generating random barcode periodically).I've tried on few type of code (1d/2d).There is some code that you can scan in a booklet to setup it as you want (for example, it can turn off automatically after beeing idle for 30 seconds, 2 minutes, etc. To make the notification sound louder or softer, or even muted).I can't say how long it work on battery. I've charged it once since i've got it. There is some leds on top to give an idea of the charge left.The grip is good.The only bad side is that it doesn't look really robust. I wouldn't buy that and let employees use it especially when they don't care about the equipment. I bought that for my software development, but we use thought and pricy stuff for the industries so it last decades even if it's dropped on concrete.For the price, it's an excellent reader

Un lector que cumple totalmente con su función. Para empezar a trabajar, tan solo tienes que enchufar el USB al ordenador y listo. Más rápido y cómodo imposible. Para el precio que tiene, la verdad es que lee los códigos de barras bastante bien tanto si están en curva o algo arrugados. No he probado la distancia máxima a la que puedes trabajar del sensor USB pero en mi caso lo más lejos que tengo llegar es 3 metros y funciona perfectamente.
