The adapter feels really sturdy and is super easy to use. I tried it out at a Tesla-approved charging station with my Mustang Mach-E, it worked flawlessly and got a great charging speed. Since there are more Tesla chargers around my area, this adapter has been a huge help for me.

I bought this charger even before I got my F-150 Lightning. I used it successfully about 6 times with Tesla Superchargers and loved it.The official Ford adapter has been sold out for months so I checked out Amazon. Found this one and the price was right along with the one day shipping. I also really love the travel case it comes with.On my sixth charge, during a road trip, I got a charging fault and it never worked again. I was inside a grocery store and saw the notification on my phone. Luckily, there was an Electrify America station nearby.Tried three different Tesla chargers and none of them would work with the adapter after that fault.I did a return through Amazon and got a replacement adapter and that one never had a successful charge for me. It’s going back.Just got the Lectron adapter today and did my first successful charge at a Tesla station. The Lectron is massive in size compared to this adapter.I won’t rule out something weird with my truck, but spend the extra money and go with the Lectron.

It worked! On a day I couldn't find a CCS charge station, it was a lifesaver. Even though I am not a fan of supporting Tesla, it seems that Tesla supported me today.
