My son's TJ needed a transmission fluid change, and this set was a perfect fit. Comes with the filter, and 2 sets of rubber gasket. Gasket fit perfect, I prefer a gasket to RTV, it's soo messy, needs perfect prep, may not work, and then you got to start all over at next fluid change. The gasket works for me all the time, make sure you don't over/under-torque, and it works fine. The 32RH transmission calls for 12-13 ft/lb of torque on the pan bolts, so use you're torque wrench, and you won't have any issues. Heck, you may even be able to re-use the gasket, I've done it many times with no issues!
