I fly a lot, and realized I really need some extra cushion especially for long flights. For the price to quality ratio, this cushion is amazing. I didnt have the highest hopes because it was only $40, but honestly its fantastic. Its thicker than I imagined and quite comfy and soft. It has nice support while still being comfortable, aka it doesnt "squish down" too much. Ive used it on many flights already, including a transpacific flight to asia and it was perfect the entire time, it doesnt move around and you dont even notice its there (in a good way). Its also still in perfect condition after using it a ton. Id say the only negative is packing it, as it isnt small. I often fold it in half and put it into a standard backpack and it fits well like that. If you dont want to spend like $200 for a seat cushion, then definitely get this one.

Fantastic addition!I purchased two of those cushions, one thicker for my computer chair, and a thin one for my car. both are working amazingly, and i do not have lower back pain any longer... really makes a big different!I try other ones before, and they don't stand near this cushion. I highly recommend it!

Bought this item as we sit at picnic tables for hours in the summer . It does provide relief . It will fit on a picnic bench with a little overlap .the only con I have is when I wore shorts it wasn’t comfortable against direct skin. Otherwise great for benches , riding mowers, lawn chairs

WOW !! This is a fabulous product !! I’ve been stuck in a chair following a hospital stay, and to say my “seat†hurts would be a gross understatement. I took a chance, and decided to try one of these gel cushions…and I am SO glad I did !! It’s well designed, well made and, oh so comfortable ! It’s also cooling, which is a huge plus in stifling Florida, with a leather HIGHLY recommend this product, in fact, I took my own advice and ordered a second one for my other chair. BLISS !! You’ll be spelling relief ‘ Airlantry ‘, too !!!

Works great in my front end loader. Gives me better comfort than the normal seat for 12-14 hour shifts. And the cover comes off easily to give it a wash after it gets dirty

I was slightly disappointed straight out of the box. The cushion is much firmer than expected especially compared to my other name brand Purple items. The zippered cover did not come pre-installed and was zipped up inside out. I had to fiddle with that for a while through my carpel tunnel which was an annoyance. I'm currently using it in my office chair today and will try in my car this evening; the cushion is more comfortable than the chair seat by itself, but I wish it was much softer.The angled/tapered design is alright, but I find myself turning the taller back side around so it sits under my legs instead of my butt otherwise I fell like I'm being pushed forward off my chair.

This gel seat cushion is really comfortable. A definite must for those on long road trips as this gives great support alleviating lower back discomfort and pain relief radiating through my legs. Not too firm and not too soft.

Dealing with the pain from sciatica is horrible, but this cushion has certainly helped!! I take it everywhere I go. It really helps me be able to ride in the car for longer distances. Cool in the summer, too. Stays in place pretty good. Found that it's not useful when I'm in the driver's seat, kind of hinders my movements but in the passenger seat I'm so, so glad to have this cushion.

This is my second purchase of this product. One for the car and for office. This is a great comfort relief for those who have disc bulge, sciatica, lumbar pain and for those have long sitting job. Tried many cushions, this gives much comfort and reduce the lower back pressure and pain while sitting.

I am a long haul trucker with lower back, hip and Sciatica. My wife also has a lot of lower back issues. We bought two of these cushions and I must say I was very sceptical of the purchase. Well. Must say I am completely amazed with these cushions. It’s been a couple weeks using these cushions and we both have had zero back issues. Great product.

Very comfortable. Light weight and since the case it comes in has a handle it is easy to carry around. The seller gave me very good service by delivering it ahead of schedule when I really needed it before a plane flight.

Amazing for big cars like me truck. You won't have to lift your seat. The thickness of this is amazing. It will never tire your back. This cushion is really comfortable. Great design and innovation. Absolutely love it
