I don’t know if these are official Toto parts, but they fit and work as they should. They look to be exactly the same as the ones they are meant to replace.

If you own a total wash it bidet these filters need to be changed at least every six months to a year. I’m so glad Amazon sells them because they’re so difficult to find a Retails stores!

The filters fit just fine and appear to work, will reorder when that time comes. I do not know how long the units will work, only time will tell.

I can still smell my husband. When we purchased toto washlet I could walk right after my husband and would not smell a thing!!! I put all my deodorizer sprays away, and now they are back. These do not work, they look a little lighter build than the original ones too. Too bad. Do not buy these. Also, remember to clean the lint collector bit on your toto. Good luck finding the original ones.

These appear to be identical to the Toto brand filters, which cost at least twice as much, so I give it 4 stars for now. It will take months to determine if they are equal in performance to the name brand. If what I learn changes my rating, I'll come back and update here. So far, looks promising. I'd definitely give them a try.

I was having a lot of stink from my bidet. This corrected the problem pronto. Recommended change time is 6 months. Mine lasted about 8, but was pretty stinky by then. Pretty expensive for a little filter though.

These units fit perfectly as if they were the original Toto brand. Have had it installed for a few weeks now and works well.I would recommend these if they fit your unit.

It is too small. On the photo I have included, the new one is on the left versus the old one I pulled out on the right.I have confirmed that this is NOT compatible to the Toto S350E washlets. I have two of these washlet toilets in my house. I thought this was a very convenient option for me instead of ordering the replacement filters from the plumbing supply store, but these are much smaller than the ones for my washlets, so I would not use them.Otherwise it looks very much like a replacement charcoal cartridge for the Toto washlets. Just not mine as it indicates on the listing. Mine are more than 1 cm thicker than these.
