Using Steps to help enjoy the glass dip pen:
1. Dip the pen slightly in an ink bottle. (Note: Tip should be only partially submerged to avoid ink blots.)
2. Glide tip against the ink bottle opening to drain excess ink. When ink no longer drips down from the nib it is ready to write with.
3. Use your glass pen to write notes, letters, wedding invitations, etc. (you may want to practice a bit first to get a feel for your pen). Re-dip in ink if necessary.

Overall I like it. It is not a pen you want to write for hours with but it is one that I will be inspired to write short poems with and enjoy it's mesmerising beauty. I mixed the orange, red, pink and yellow for a delightful orange and enough ink for the Glass holder to dip nicely. The colours are lovely overall so it was a fun mix and see what shade was created. I like the way it holds the pen. Only thing that would be a good addition is if you didn't need to add as much ink and it had a funnel. Still pouring the ink from bottles to the holder was surprisingly easy. For the price it is excellent and it will be an excellent muse for short poems. Enjoy!

So i bought this product as a means to an end to just test alot of inks but after giving it a mild sanding with 8k grit sand paper pads to adjust the tip, I have found myself just regularly using it. The inks are fun and the tip was very easy to shape, and I am sure I will shape it a little more. Girlfriend tried it for drawing and she liked it as well and is thinking of buying a pen herself, albeit a heavier one to suit her tastes. Great product, great price point. First time I felt like I got my moneys worth in a while. gg Thyggjbs, not sure what your name is/means, but you are doing a good job

It's so easy to use. The only problem I found is that the holder that cones with it, unless filled very high with ink, is very top heavy, so when you set the pen in, it falls over. But the pen itself, so pretty!

I thought his would be a lovely, functional, fun and eye catching piece, for my daughter. And I was not disappointed.It was packaged beautifully -seriously very well!- and is just as eye catching as the pictures show. It would look lovely on a shelf in a primary living area or super fun to pull out whenever the mood strikes.I’m trying really hard not to also buy one for myself, because it’s so freaking fun and interesting. I have a feeling I’ll have one on my shelf soon.

For the price I believe you get a good value. Nothing leaked inside the packaging. The ink size is great for the variety you get. The stand allows you to clean the glass pen between colors. Which makes it fairly easy.Glass on the holder seems a little thin but still sturdy. Again good value.

Very nice. I got both the blue and black pen sets. They are beautiful. Black is more like a sparkly grey and the blue is sparkly teal ish. Great looking pens, AND the inks are iridescent sparkly as well. You gotta shake em before dipping but soo pretty. The stand is so good too, works better with water in it. I use it to rinse my pen. The video on the listing shows pouring ink into the stand dont do that. Waste of ink. The stand is pretty thin glass tho so be careful i had to replace one of mine cause it came broken.The only thing ig is that the ink bottles are like rubber corked and then capped and i cant figure out how to get the corks off. I keep like dousing my fingers in ink lol. Have fun tho i love these pens and their unique design to take advantage of liquid physics c:

It's beautiful but the glass is very fragile. My first order the inkwell was broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new box as a replacement. Got to my house in less than 48hrs. The new box was missing the pen but the inkwell was in perfect condition, thats all i really needed. Tried out a few inks and im very pleased. This is a perfect set to have! Make sure to the file the pen first. Use the finer side of an old used up nail file. Go in circular motions with the pen up straight, not a tilt. This ensures the pen won't rip the paper while writing.

This is a lovely set. The colors are brilliant & flow smoothly. I have not used a pen like this before now, so I didn't know what to expect. Wow, I am amazed! Such a sweet pen! I noticed that someone mentioned the "well" was wobbly. Well, (pun intended) I hope they're not using it for ink because it's for water for cleaning the nib. The standing cleaning tub is big enough to fill with enough water to keep it from wobbling. This is a fine-art drawing & handwriting set. I would not expect to find it next to the phone book on the kitchen table, but rather on a nice desk in a quiet corner of the home near a window or a fireplace. The set is geared more for creativity rather than utility. I hope this is a helpful suggestion. That said, I will ad that; the set is indeed as described. Beauty & function combine nicely as a gift or a treat for oneself. I took a photo of what was supposed to serve as a review but it's not letting me upload it at the moment. I'll post it as soon as I'm able.

I can’t get over how wonderful this was came in an Amazing box and so pretty I love the ink colours and the easy to use holders wonderful just a bit fragile so not good if you drop things but ah it amazes me how amazing this pen is

I love the colours and it writes well. The tip of the pen broke after a few uses and I don’t know why. It is glass but I didn’t expect it to be that fragile. I noticed it after the tip started to rip my paper.
