This is a welcome addition to my portable tire inflator. I was looking for a solution to the problem of detaching the tire filler hose that only threaded onto the valve stem of the tire being inflated. Problem was when unscrewing the hose, the tire would lose a considerable amount of air pressure. Adding this extension with a quick release tire chuck solved this issue by allowing the release of the valve stem with virtually no air loss. Adding this extension hose also provides extra length to the shorter hose that was provided with the inflator. There are also various other filler attachments included with this kit. Great product to have if you need a quick release of your inflator from the valve stem.

I hooked this up to my RED battery powered inflator and it improved my LIFE! Even my kids can use it now on their bikes and toys. My only regret is not getting this on day 1 to save my wrists!

I have a portable tire inflator --with a SHORT hose, and no quick release attachment. I have to painfully screw on the hose to the tire while holding the inflator, making the procedure awkward, at best.THIS HAS 2 EXTENSION HOSES AND A BAG OF ADDITIONAL SMALL ADAPTORS. These attachments have quick release connectors. The picture shows my inflator with its short hose on the left. The hose on the middle has a Schrader attachment (for CARS) AND WORKS WONDERFULLY. It attaches and detaches by just pressing the valve. For Presta (road bike) tires the hose on the right works--but ONLY IF THE LITTLE PRESTA ADAPTER ON THE RIGHT IS FIRST SCREWED DIRECTLY TO THE TIRE STEM BEFORE THE HOSE IS ATTACHED. Then the quick release hose works. This is more convenient than directly attaching the inflator hose, but not as convenient as using the Schrader connector. BUT IT DOES WORK, SO 4 stars.

I have a small electric compressor for filling all sorts of things from car tires to bike tires to sports equipment. It came with a screw on only connection for car tires so I needed and adapter to fill bike tires that have the more common (these days) presta valves (mainly on higher than entry level or kids bikes). Although this adapter set comes with several types of options, NONE would work with the Presta valves on my bike (Trek). Billed as working with all sorts of valve types (including Presta), the connector would not work; the levered connector is not deep enough to accommodate the longer neck of a Presta valve . It's a disappointment particularly due to the pricing. The hoses are well built and of high quality but the Presta 'miss' is a big one since I am unable to use my electric compressor. At nearly $30, the adapter costs more that a good Presta ready old fashioned bike pump which can be had for under $20.

Great extension hose.I mainly use my inflators to inflate car tires, and clip style chuck and a bleed valve really makes my life easier. My Dewalt 20V inflator is screw on type. While this works great, it kinds of adds up the hassle when I have to fill up all 4 tires. Also, when I find some tires are over filled, I have to disconnect the inflator and bring out a tire gauge with bleed valve in order to take out some air. Due to this, I always carry both the inflator and a tire gauge. (Why those tire shops always overfill the tires??)Now, with this extension hose, looks like I can finally carry only the inflator.Today, I checked tire pressure to try this, and found all 4 tires were about 20~25% low.I could just clip the connector to the valve, not screw on, and could either bleed or fill the air.It made things a lot simpler than before.Having little more length was just a sugar on top.As seen in the picture, when I parked my car on curbside, I have enough length to put the inflator on the flat surface. Without that, I had to put the inflator on the slope of curb. Not a big deal, but certainly better.About the other extension, I am thinking to use that to repair my inflator attachment for B+D Matrix drill. That one's chuck was plastic, so after some use, it broke. Since then, that was left useless, but this one's chuck was all metal. I am sure it will last.So for me, I can only say this was just a perfect combo.I cannot comment about accessories, though. Most of accessories came with all the inflators I have (I have Dewalt 20V, Hart 20V and B+D Matrix Inflator attachment), but have never used any of them. But maybe people with stuff that requires inflator, they might come handy.

I bought this for my portable tire inflater. The hose on the device required it to be screwed on to the air valve which is a pain, especially in the dark. I simply connected this to that hose and now I can use the quick connect to hook onto the valve. Problem solved. Also came with a variety of ends for use on small tires, inflatables, etc.
