Was simple to install. All hardware included. Hinges were pre-installed, so made it that much faster. Holds my 4x 225/45/R17 tires easy, with room to spare for probably 1x motorcycle tire.

It's beefy and holds my winter tires. They're normal size car tires, but even so, they don't sit cradled on the two bars at the bottom. They sit on one bar and against the wall. Maybe they would sit better if the wall wasn't drywalled.
