This product appears to be crafted well and protects against radiant heat around sensitive parts. One sleeve comes with 3 clamps that are very easy to use. I bought two of these to go on top of an intermediate pipe on a ‘22 WRX. The axle boots are close to the exhaust system and after using them for roughly 3 months I see no damage to the product or any mechanical components. It is important to note you will have a burning smell as the oils burn off from the product, that is normal. Would absolutely buy again if a need arises.

I have a 2012 Scrambler 900 that was burning holes in all my pants..I kept finding holes and burn marks on my jeans, and half a dozen pairs of tech pants literally had holes melted in them..This was just the right size for what I needed, and the yellow threads (unexpected) match the yellow on the Scrambler. It also dampened the muffler noise a bit too, so my right ear isn't as bombarded. I often wear earplugs when riding this one. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase.

Nice quality but a bit pricey

Fits great! No more burnt leg,rain gear,etc.Only con I see is most definitely wear fiber proof gloves for install,and do not rub it with bare skin.

I know the description says motorcycle wrap but you really could only cover a standar pipe for the end or small area with this. But for me, that's ok b/c I'm using this as a heat shield between my car's exhaust and a new rear diffuser that comes real close to it. That way it doesn't melt.As far as it being real titanium, I can't tell if it is real or not. But as long as it does the intended job I'm fine with that. It does indeed look like titanium in color. I haven't had my exhaust hot enough yet to heat color change it like titanium is known to do so that's still possible; just hasn't happened yet.

I wrapped this heat sheild around my downpipe leading off the turbo as it sits pretty close to my brake lines. Before install the brake lines would get very hot, since install its just warm to the touch. With this test I must admit this sheild makes a huge difference in heat deflection. Install is super easy as it's just a few hose clamps. The material seems super durable and made to last. Overall it works good as it should.

i needed this for my exhaust pipe getting close to a fuel line i fixed but used rubber for its difficult working location under car.this will ease my mine when wrapping up part of the exhaust which it might be a little to close to my diy fuel line repair

I used this on my DRZ that needed a heat shield to prevent melting the plastic bodywork. This heat shield wrap does the job well. It insulates that portion of the exhaust and is just warm to the touch after a day of riding. This heat shield shows no indication of being burned so it definitely can survive the heat.
