Old 1960s Eljer commode that uses a ball chain to actuate flapper fill vale. There are a couple lengths available but this size fit perfect with an inch to spare.

I liked this product for being next to impossible to kink into a too-short configuration. I like it for its longer length. I used it to compensate for a device that came with a too-short chain that also kinked (keeping the flapper open).

This chain is significantly smaller than my American standard chain that broke. Won’t work for fixing a toilet flapper valve

The chain and the eyelets are so tiny that they are almost impossible to use. There is so little material in these that they are hard to see and to handle.

Measuring about 9.5 inches end to end, these stainless steel chains are adjustable in length (see attached photo) so they should fit most standard toilet flappers. They won't work with my 40 year-old Luxor toilets which have a very unusual flapper assembly, but are suitable for most modern toilets. Appear to be good quality and reasonably priced.

For what they are these are great chains BUT, if your application cares about the diameter of the individual balls, as does my toilet flapper, there's a good chance the chain won't work for you.I feel like the failure to define the ball size deserves the lower rating.
