Installed easily and appears to have the ability to shape into place if needed. Mine worked fine as is and lifts the handle back into place as it should. My old one was sticking causing water to keep running.

Right out of the package this product seemed flimsy but I installed it (or tried to) anyway. After a day of trying to use it, I dug the old handle out of the trash and reinstalled it. Cannot recommend it.

We bought two supposedly universal handles, tried them, then had to return them. Finally, I told my husband that I’d check on Amazon. There was the answer to our prayers! It is perfect.
