I have Toto toilet and wend through local stores trying to find flush lever. Even though they advertise that they are universal I couldn't fit them in Toto.I found this Hibbent and gave it a try as it is advertised to fit my toilet.Delivery was over night and was at my door early morning.Instructions are clear and I didn’t need extra rubber fitter for bigger holes. Instructions clearly pointed to make sure which parts are needed. I am not a handy person but it was clear and easy to understand.Installation took me 30 seconds. All works perfectly.I am EXTREMELY suttisfied with this product. In fact I am buying one more for my second toilet. :)

I bought this to replace a broken original flush lever on our Toto toilet. It is not like the original, and it does not operate as smoothly. But it seems to be well made, and it looks OK. The handle is larger than the original but it fits in well. It is a much better value than the original Toto part.

It flushes! Don't waste your money on those stupid universal flush handles at the big box store--I tried two different models and they didn't really work great in my compact side flush toilet. This one--it fits in my compact side flush, it has plenty of range of motion to lift that flapper up high for a nice solid flush. I've had it installed for about a month now, and no sign of it working loose yet--still on there very solid. It came with a nice square rubber gasket to give it a sturdy tight fit in the side of your toilet (make sure your handle opening is square!).My only minor gripe is it came somewhat disassembled, so I had to put the pieces together, but it was not too difficult.

This is a poorly made version of the Toto flush lever. The plastic portion is too thick- causes the handle to stand away from toilet tank, the lever action is stiff and tends to stick in open position. Regardless of how you loosen the screw attaching plastic unit to handle, it is either too loose or too tight- there is no perfect adjustment to get a smooth lever action which allows the flapper to drop back into the proper fill position. Typical off-shore knock-off. Poorly executed with tolerances outside of the original Toto product. Save you money and get the Toto OEM product. This product is cheap for a reason.

I needed to replace a 23-year old Toto handle that had a broken rod. The Toto replacement was four times the cost and would take 3 weeks to arrive. This one is a near-perfect replacement and came in two days. The handle has a slightly different design (as seen on Amazon) but the gold color is identical to the original. Will this one last 20 years? Time will tell, but I saved the original handle just in case. It's easy to put the old handle on the new rod as they are identical in fitment.

I’m buying the third one in a few months. Doesn’t last! Do t know what else to do. Support asked for a video. Of what, may I ask?!Re-edited the review because the company read it and was interested in my issues. Sent me a new handle free.The company are nice people, they care

Pleased with the quality of this replacement flush lever.On our toilet, a compact one for a small powder room, there's limited room inside the tank to maneuver, so it worked better to connect the chain of the flush valve to the brass rod before tightening the plastic nut onto the handle's threads, leaving that tightening to last. Tighten by hand. A paper towel will give your fingers a good grip on the slim plastic nut. A drop of vegetable oil rubbed on the rectangular rubber gasket will let it fit more easily into the cutout in the tank as you tighten the nut.

Typical Chinese carp (sic) that does not fit the toilet tank. What's more, the handle is poorly connected to the long lever.The second class solution was to salvage parts from the old part.

I bought two of these for two different toilets and initially they worked very well to flush. However both handles now keep falling off every time we flush. So I’m disappointed in this product as I thought all our flushing problems had been solved. They still flush ok but then I’m crawling around the bathroom floor trying to retrieve the handle.
