This was an exact replacement for my toilet handle. It's metal, heavy duty, solid and looks great. Matched the other hardware in my bathroom and super easy install. I just needed a Phillips head screw driver and adjustable pliers (channellocks). I reused the old lever/arm so that I wouldn't need to get a hacksaw to shorten the new lever/arm.

Handle came very quickly and was an easy install. The hardest part was removing the old one. It also had a much improved tank mount and gasket system than the original Delta one it replaced

We love our new handle. It adds a classiness to our bathroom. I have a Colonial period theme to our home and this fits with that perfectly. I'm very happy with this addition to our home. I am buying another one for our other bathroom. The quality is exceptional, It works wonderfully, was easy to install. Was delivered on time and undamaged.

I gave this product 5 stars ONLY because it is well made and appears to be a quality product. However, it WILL NOT FIT a side or angle mount toilet. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Clemson University and can not get this product to operate properly without significantly modifying the hardware. In order for the flush handle to flush the toilet, the arm attached to the flapper valve MUST move from DOWN to UP. The only way this product will do that is if the handle is mounted in the FRONT of the toilet tank. When mounting this product on the SIDE, the handle will move the arm that attaches to the flapper valve in a SIDEWAYS direction (not UP and DOWN). Because the SIDEWAYS direction contains a small UP and DOWN component, the arm moves significantly from BACK to FRONT of the toilet tank and UP and DOWN about 1/2 inch -- this is on enough to open the flapper valve significantly enough to flush the toilet. As I said, I could probably grab a couple of vice grips and bend and rotate the arm significantly enough to produce the required UP and DOWN movement to make it work. But, I'm not doing that for obvious reasons. After doing additional research on Amazon, I decided to give the KORKY STRONGARM TANK FLUSH HANDLE a try. The video attached to the handle looks promising. At least, it shows and UP and DOWN movement rather than the rotational motion I get with this product. Again, this handle is well made, but I would only us it on a FRONT mounted position.
