I did not install, but it was a quick & easy go for my contractor. I bought a home built in 1998 and for whatever reason, the fan controls had all "yellowed". These are white, bright and a much more contemporary look and operation.

Exactly what I wanted and great price! Quality seems to be on point and function is (good) stiff. No flickering noticed. I enjoyed the normal switch style of installation instead of having random wires sticking out.

Purchase this to replace a different switch that stopped working/broke. This one is working well. Be sure to read the instructions. The instructions recommended you set your fan on the highest speed before installing the switch. I believe that is a key instruction. Otherwise your speeds will be too slow.

Replaced a Lutron fan control with this because I went with black switches, and couldn't find a black lutron controller.This product was easy to install, and works as advertised, but def doesn't have the quality feel of the Lutron switch. I'll be surprised if it lasts long.
