Sheath is well made. I use it to carry a Leatherman Surge, the entire Bit-Kit, a Bit extender and a small ratchet inside the pouch. On the outside, I carry a small flashlight on one side and a small pen on the other in the elastic strap. In other words, it fits everything I carry in one convenient place. The leather is good, the elastic is tight. The belt clip, well, I don't know why so many complain that it is loose. Mine is very tight and I have not had it slip out of my belt at all. The magnet is strong enough to keep the case from opening on its own and I have absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. I'll probably buy a few more as I have 4 or 5 other multitools, similar in size to the Surge, and I am pleased with the product.

I put random stuff inside the holster to show off the size of it. The first picture shows big items and the flap will not go over and close. The second picture shows smaller items that will close. If you want bigger items to hold, get a bigger holster. Don’t put markers or pens inside because there are 2 small holes on each corner of the bottom and they will most likely fall out.

I was able to fit everything I wanted in the pouch and more. I’m using a leatherman wave which is a little short for this pouch but I cut some foam and put it on the bottom and works perfect. It would probably work perfectly for a multi tool like the surge that a bit bigger. I have the extra space for even a pen magnet and I still could slide something more next to it. One down side is if your belt is not thick the pouch will slide on your belt.

Overall it is a top quality leather pouch. Leatherman Wave fits well.But the front needs to be cut down in order to get access to toolsAlso if you are active the belt clip is questionable. I’ve had it fall off due to climbing on structures

Love it plenty of room for a letherman surge 2 bit kits the ratchet extension a small pry tool pen and flashlight makes a fantastic tool set on the belt! It also looks and feels verry nice thick leather!

The first time I used this it separated from the belt clip. When I checked the rivet that should bond the belt clip on did not go through the designed hole in the clip. Clearly poor quality control.

This is a pretty good case and the leather and construction is really good. But be sure to wear it too your side as if it around where your pants pocket is and you do a lot of bending it can pop off your belt and fsll too the ground, so do be carefull how and where you mount it on the belt. Be sure your movements don't affect it. Mine came off when dropping off recycle items and I didn't even notice it, luckily a good Samaritan retrieved it and passed it on to me. Would of lost the case and my roxon flex. So be careful with placement.
