My roof got REALLY bubbly when I applied it. So bad I thought the roof was totally ruined. Like you but some weak rubber in a jar of gas. But after about 30 days, it went completely flat, and I have not had any issues. I was able to coat the entire thing with 1 gallon, and will do the second coat once the snow melts. I had called the company, and they told me that it was fairly normal, but it should go away after it has had time to cure. They also said that on the second coat, you need to do it thin. Otherwise, I am really happy with the results. The rubber roof had spots where the dry rubber was starting to split, and this stuff filled in all those little spots, and the bigger spots, I used the tape that came with it. I opted to buy more tape to do the entire front edge of the trailer to avoid any puddles. Overall, it went on great, and I suspect it will last a long time.

Great customer support for the do it yourselfers we had many questions and went to their website and chatted to a customer support tech easily. The only thing that was bad was the bag of sealer was hard to use and split open and gushed every where so that sucked.Found that pouring the roof coating onto surface and moving it around with the roller worked better than a paint tray. We just went to harbor freight and bought cheap paining supplies so we could trash them when we were done. Our roof was completely shot so we had nothing to lose. All said and done it went pretty smoothly and we believe that it was worth the trouble. I would have given this product 5 stars but the bag of lap sealant was crap and was waisted when it split open.
