It's a chore to replace, but if you go and search on you tube, you should be able to replace it yourself. Make sure to buy the antenna nut and grommet.

The recommended socket doesn't fit. I had to slightly grind down the prongs so it fit the antenna nut. The mast shown in the listing is not included. A little deceptive. Overall it fit great and they're a lot of websites with pictures, instructions, and videos to help with this job. Easier if you take off the passenger side front tire.

As advertised, perfect for my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Would also recommend fender flare clips and also fender liner grommets .The antenna bezel nut can be hard to take off/tighten without breaking it. Having done this twice I recommend this watch tool . I haven't found a universal tool that fits the Tacoma bezel.

Genuine it is! Does your antenna suffer from poor reception due to moisture corrosion? You'll need this part replaced. Purchase the chrome nut, and rubber grommet and some wheel well liner clips. Its not a hard job to do, there is a process on You Tube or Toyota Forums showing you how.

The item was exactly what I needed and shipping was fast, this is a great seller. I don’t know why they asked if it was easy to install because it is not (look it up on YouTube) but the fact that it is a pain in the xxx??? to install has nothing to do with the performance of the seller.
