I didn't notice that this is a non-elastic band, which is on me. This band does have a lot of loops and its easy to use.

This stretching strap is wonderful! It has several different loops and a handle and is made of a sturdy nylon strap with very secure stitching. This is absolutely professional quality. This strap also comes with a boom with all of the stretches you can do, but also a printed nylon poster with visuals for the most common stretches that could easily be hung on the wall and both are wipeable if in a shared clinic setting.I have an active household between skiing, cheerleading, swim, yoga, and 40+ year old aches. This strap has been very helpful when stretching sore or tight muscles for all ages in my house and is an excellent value (especially if you consider the cost of a single physical therapy visit).Highly recommend!

Strong and sturdy stretching strap. Includes with a drawstring mesh bag for storage and an instruction book with instructions and photos, also a fabric poster which are all very thoughtful. Originally ordered for only one specific hamstring stretch, but learned from the book that there's MANY more stretches that it can be used for. Length is perfect for all heights and stretches. Easy to grip and the numbered slots provide an extra level of functionality.

I got this based on exercises my chiropractor has me do.The band is well made and easy to use.It comes with a book and poster of various stretches you can do which is nice (though I prefer finding videos on YouTube).It is compact and works great. Highly recommend if someone is trying to do more stretches
