The handle is light, yet sturdy and the perfect length for me (5'10"). The head is durable and just the right weight to break stuff up without being too heavy to continue swinging. Perfect tool!

I ordered the wood-handled 2.5# mattock/pick, but received a 2.5# mattock/pick with a black plastic handle & I assume, a fiberglass core. I prefer wood-handled tools for shock adsorption and comfort. I suppose I understand how the mix-up happened, because the label on the tool was for the wood-handled model & the robot picking the order didn't know the difference. What I don't understand is that I could not find the plastic-handle model I received listed on Amazon. Other than having the incorrect handle, the tool seems OK. No assembly was required (the head is firmly attached to the handle) & light weight isn't a consideration. However, the plastic handle probably weighs more than the wood-handled model.

I ordered a 2.5lb pick and got a 5lb. Now I have two 5lb picks. Not what I wanted. Junk!

Funciona muy bien, es de peso ideal y da servicio excelente en jardineria, el mango es un poco rugoso, recomiendo su uso con guantes.

Estaba más barato que en proconsa y homedepot y esta perfecto para lo que yo lo usaré no es como para dedicarse a la obra con el pero si aguanta bastante la marca habla por si sola
