This is my new go to backdrop stand. It was study heavy duty metal but also lightweight. It came with a bag that all the pieces could actually fit in. I’ve bought several stands before and use them once then ended up in the closet. This one I absolutely Love!

This works well and is well made. Easy to use and transport. Great for smaller backgrounds in the field where you don't need to bring out the big and clumsy setup.

Super easy to put up, super easy to take down -- and has a carrying case for all the poles! Love that organization. Also comes with a zippered 'weigh-down bag' to place over the tripod to keep it weighted down and stable -- I filled that bag with some garden rocks and it works perfect. I didn't even need to use all the poles to get the height I wanted (7'). I re-labeled the poles I used, in order of how I assemble, using a piece of masking tape wrapped around the pole, then numbered with marker -- makes it easier for me to reassemble after retrieving the poles from the carry case. The poles did come already numbered, but the numbers were duplicated and it would have been confusing (to me) if I didn't re-number the poles for my own assembly guidelines. This was a super great buy.

Used for a birthday party photo op backdrop. Was really impressed with the quick and easy set up/take down and ability to adjust the height up and down. Appreciate the storage bag that came with it.

This is not very sturdy so if you are using it around children I would look else where

Flimsy. Easy to assemble, but wobbly!

I got this to use at events for our non-profit to display a picture of a person for whom the foundation was founded. It's a large piece of cardboard and we clip it to this stand. It works very well for us, I just wish there were fewer pieces to keep up with. If the main vertical post was one piece that would telescope in and out instead of having to be screwed together, this would be much easier to deal with and would be 5 stars. It does blow over in a good breezed with the large cardboard picture catching so much air but a little extra weight on the legs fixes that problem. Overall, it's pretty solid once assembled and assembly really isn't that hard. I just find it tedious to assemble and disassemble every piece each time. But definitely working better than the previous set up we were trying to use.
